Rachel Legend serves as Chief Operating Officer at PsychPlus, where she brings over a decade of leadership experience spanning behavioral health, integrated care, and multi-site healthcare operations. At PsychPlus, she oversees both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives, helping drive growth while maintaining a relentless focus on quality and patient outcomes.
Throughout her career, Rachel has held executive leadership roles across a variety of healthcare organizations, where she built high-performing teams, optimized systems, and led transformational initiatives that improved access to care. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from Rhode Island College and is known for bridging the human side of healthcare with data-driven, scalable processes.
With a leadership style grounded in collaboration, accountability, and innovation, Rachel brings a sharp strategic lens to today’s most complex challenges in behavioral health. She is deeply experienced in integrating mental health and substance use disorder services, championing models of care that break down silos and prioritize whole-person health.
